Consultation

The Bioinformatics Core Facility has the computational expertise to assist you with tasks such as high and low throughput sequencing and assembly, microarray analysis, and phylogenetic analysis. We currently charge a set hourly rate of $50/hour.

Data Analysis

The Bioinformatics Core Facility provides access, consulting, and assistance regarding various common genomics/bioinformatics software. More information can be found under tools

Data Management

The Bioinformatics Core Facility has significant storage resources at its disposal, and is in the process of implementing a system for convenient data access and management.

Education and Training

The Bioinformatics Core Facility is committed to providing seminars/workshops in bioinformatics and to training interested parties in various tools and techniques. Upcoming lectures and tutorials can be found under events.

Custom Development

Parties in need of customized solutions to their bioinformatics problems are encouraged to contact the core facility regarding collaborative approaches and custom in-house development.
